An immersive VIP dinner tailor-made for Gaggenau, where every plate is interactive, bringing together cuisine, design and technology through light.
Light Bites is an immersive dinner experience we created for Gaggenau, the German luxury kitchen appliance brand, designed to host the brand’s VIP guests and bring together food, design and technology in a multi-sensory experience.
Working with Milan-based design studio Habits, we developed an entirely new set of illuminated tableware: the plates sense the food and the diner’s gestures, shifting in colour, intensity and movement so that every course becomes a performance of light. The Light Bites collection was shown at the Superdesign Show during Milan Design Week 2025. The dinner brought this cutting-edge design to the table, echoing Gaggenau’s commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and extraordinary culinary experiences, and leaving guests with a lasting impression of the brand.
